Let me tell you something, many of us still find it hard to figure out ‘how to Respond to the challenges’ in our lives!

I wrote this article to help you to understand ‘the right approach to respond to a situation whether it be good or bad, expected or unexpected, in a way which ensures your own progress in the end’. So enjoy! 😉

Once there was a sage who always smiled 😃 while working hard on his own soil. One day, a young troubled businessman, who was unsatisfied with his life came and asked the sage: Why do you smile all the time ⁉️

To this the sage 😌 replied: “Whatever happens in life, I respond to it like, 'let it be so”.

Not everything happens in life as we expect it to be. Life on Earth is unpredictable, anything can happen to us.

That is why we must make sure we respond to each new circumstance, whether they be good or bad, in a way which brings progress to us.

That is what the sage wanted the young man to understand. He wanted to show him that the way in which we respond to a situation, will determine whether we are happy 😊 or sad😔 !

○ There are 2 ways in which u can respond to a situation:
☆ You can either 'resist' or you can 'accept'. ☆

When u resist, it should be in such a way that it leads to a positive and better outcome.

There are many situations in life, which you cannot overcome by 'resistance’. That is where the 'principle of acceptance' comes into play.

Read this quote to better understand, 'If u can’t accept losing, then u can’t win’. If u read the quote, then you might have already understood that 'without understanding what it is like to lose, you will never understand how to win’.

The 'principle of acceptance' includes the 'art of avoiding' unnecessary situations. If u can practise this in ur life, then u can use the 'time u save' for doing something useful.

☆ Whatever happens 'life' must go on like a 'river’. Therefore u must never give up, no matter what the situation u are in at present! ☆

Will be back with more guys… bye for now.
